Oxycontin vs perocets

Swim took oxycontin some while ago the green 80mg crushed it up into 8 parts and would take an 1/8 of the pill at a time nasally. 4-5 months went by without doing the drug or any drug and he got his hands on some perocets 10/325 he tried to sniff a pill but it burnt his nose too bad he was only able to half, he took the rest with water and drank it. He didn't feel the same as with oc, so he crushed up another pill put it in cold water and drank it... feeling was a headache and sweating..not the same relaxed feeling like oxycontin. He was dizzy and just didn't feel good, he took another 10/325 and felt okay, paralyzed really...but it just wasn't as nearly as good as the Oxycontin.

Is it the apap that makes swim feel shitty?

last time SWIM checked theyre both oxycodone but i would say yes Contins are better because of the no APAP but orally i dont think there any difference. if the Oxycontins didnt have as many or at all side effects unlike the percs i would blame the APAP. the 10/325s were the same kind SWIM got prescribed for hsi injury lst summer. now his stomache hurts from APAP when he takes a vike or anything.

Well first of all SWIY used Oxycontin nasally, compared to Percocets orall, so the effects would differ due to that fact alone. Also, it does sound like the APAP did alter the oxycodone experience a bit. APAP at large doses can make one dizzy and experience mild to extreme nausea. A simple cold water extraction would get rid of SWIY's APAP problem. Another thing which could have made SWIY's experience bad was that he took too high of a dose. Some people are very sensitive to opiates, which SWIY might be, so a 35mg dose of oxycodone orally might have been a little bit too much. Overall, Oxycontins have a much better abuse potential then percocets. They can be snorted, shot up, and smoked much easier due to their lack of APAP.

how do you cold water extraction

swim took 1 10/325 at 3 another at 5 another at 9, 9:30, and then 10 and he feels like shit at 1:30am

UTFSE for the cold water extraction, there is alot of good info on it here. But SWIdr usually just uses the method located here: http://www.neonjoint.com/drug_recipes/chapter11.html It is simple and easy to understand for beginers.
As for the percocet mystery, it sounds like SWIY is either allergic or overly-sensitive to the APAP.

Try using a CWE.

Or better yet, stick to oxycontin (same drug, no apap, bigger ammounts) or look for the awesome 30mg oxycodone immidiate release pills (they are tiny, no binders, no time release, no apap)

I agree!!!! That's why SWIM gets 120 of the 30mg prescribed every month (thank God for that car accident!!) WITH his 80mg oxycontins!!!

First time in his life that he actually LIKES to go to the doctor!!

SWIM took oxy ten years ago recreationally and now he needs them to function due to auto accident.

*edit* - you know, you are right how they are hard to find. SWIM remembers getting his first script of the roxis and NO pharmacy kept them in stock. They kept the 80mg oxycontins but for some reason, none of them stocked the roxis. Waiting for his 80's to get filled, he went to EIGHT different pharms and NONE of them had the roxis. He had to find an obscure, out of the way mom and pop pharm that had the 30mg roxicodones. Weird, wonder why???

CWE ftw, wow SWIM took 13 vicoden 5/500 and filter it, and boy did he like that.
