Dextromethorphan Citrate + Adderal
Swim is going to measure out a 2nd plateu dxm trip(400-500mg) and combine it wiith a small amount of adderal how much should swim take(swims gettin adderal in 20s).....
Swim has experiance in amphetemines but not in adderal specifically so help swim out.

Mixing CNS stimulants with DXM is very, very much contraindicated. Great way to send blood-pressure through the rafters and trigger a heart attack. Is SWIM feeling suicidal lately?

how doees adderal compare to 100 mg of ritalin, it just needs a small dose like 10 cents. Make sure they don't have adverse effects from adderal. Swim is also wondering about the possiblity of toxicity to the brain??

I'll help swiy out. Don't take DXm with stimulants ever. as I have said time and time again it's a good way to trigger a heart attack. It seems nagognog has beat me to it though...
