argh, i was gurning for like 10 hours last night n my tounge n the inside of my cheeks hurt so bad now , any1 have any ideas of how to make it feel better?

hate gurning. whenever i used to do pills the jaw ache the next day was usually worse than the comedown.and if u think jaw clenching on pills is bad it 50 times worse on speed:my teeth are almost completely flat now. |

can never eat on pills, have absolutely no appetite. same on amphetamines, and pretty much any stimulants.

yah but eating on speed or coke always will make u feel better. you have to force the food down

Does anyone also from the teeth grindage, get (several days later) tingles when you squeeze your teeth together again?
I find it lasts days, and get these subtle tingles every now and then, mad, but I like it

It's an unavoidable side effect, but I just make sure to have plenty of gum on hand. I can't force myself to eat on pills at all; everything tastes like poo. The gum only tastes like semi-poo, so it's tolerable and helps the ache that follows. When I finally sleep though, I tend to clench my jaw the whole time and I don't dare have gum in my mouth while sleeping. ><

I dont really take my own advice, which I shall dispense in a minute..
What I do is chew gum like a wild monkey. My jaw's never get tired, because I chew gum throughout most of life anyways.. But here's the kicker.. Its *not* an unavoidable side effect. Dose up on Magnesium ![]() Seriously. |

^^^ Funny, someone else told me the same thing today!
Dose on magnesium before you roll. Something to do with the fact that the jaw muscles are some of the few muscles under subconscious control. (Just what I heard. Dunno.) 1000mg magnesium was recommended. Anyone tried this, and did it work? |
