A mescaline newbie has questions.

Hi guys,

I've researched my questions breifly, but excuse my ignorance. I am here to drain you guys of your expertise.

One has heard that mescaline is a more relaxed experience compared to that of LSD or Shrooms. It seems to grab a hold of you but not by the scruff of the neck. This is what I have heard; but is it true? My good natured friend is looking for an introduction to tripping and I do not wish to scare the living daylights out of him with Salvi D or Shroomies.

Secondly, what is the difference in effects between San Pedro and Peyote? I was told San Pedro was more relaxed and less intense. Is their any truth in this?
