Eighth of Mushrooms is All Stems - Is That Okay?
I bought shrooms for the first time yesterday and the shrooms are all stalks. Theres only one very small mushroom head in the bag. Will the dried stalks still work just as good as the heads or did SWIM get ripped off? How much of the stalks should SWIM eat?

Based on SWIM's experience.....the stalks will work just as well. SWIM could never telll if the stalks are weaker than the caps, but SWIM has gotten off real good with eating stalks only.

SWIM's usually starting dose for P. cubensis is 1 gram.

SWIM also finds that there is VERY little difference between stalks and caps.

Caps have more of the good stuff. But not enough to make a big difference.
