Can cannabis go bad ?

If you gotta keep it for that long I recommend getting a humidor for cigars and keeping it in there. I think its the same principle, have you ever smoke a dried out cigar? disgusting.

Humidors are made with Spanish Cedar, a very
resinous wood that is compatable with cigar
tobacco. Pipe tobacco, on the other hand, is often
flavored and unfit to store with cigars.

I supppose you could store cigarettes in a humidor,
but they really don't keep their flavor after a certain
amount of time in the box.

As for weed, I really wouldn't recommend storing it in
a humidor as the box and wood are intended
SPECIFICALLY for cigar tobacco.

i dont think i could keep weed around for a year without smoking it, but if it gets dry from being old try putting a little bit of lettuce or orange peel to moisten it.

Over time the chlorophyl breaks down and the bud becomes lighter in color. I've just smoked some high grade white widow, but the taste was aweful. Normally it gets better.

if weed is properly cured and aged, it gets better. however if you just let it set, it will get dry out and unless sealed my get infested with bugs and such.

but if it's kept sealed and such then it should be ok.

if it's cured, for example kept in a air tight jar in the dark at around 68 degrees fergenhight, then the thc will cure and mutate to be more of a body smashing, time for a nap high

the freezer has always been good for long-term storage for me. i personally have never noticed loss of flavour or potency but having said that slight changes could easily go un noticed

probably doesnt help but here's a personal story, I hid a big chunk of weed that was pretty nice that I stuffed in the ceiling inside a little box without putting the bud in the bag ( I had to do this in a hurry).I smoked that same weed about a year down thetimeline and I started sneezing, and couldnt stop sneezing. i have some great mason jars that i use for a lot of drug experiments so if i keep weed in these jars (the metal lids seal on so its air tight) you are saying the THC would cure and get stronger?

This is often true, but lately I've been smoking the best stuff of my life,
amazingly moist and sticky when I first get it, and if I wait until it dries
and gets crumbly and stuff, with these strains, they seem to either loose

this is actually a funny story, back in the day i had a gram of weed that i hid in a box of chocolates in my dresser, and i was just keeping it there for the day and was going to smoke it that night, but i forgot that my neighbour who is a dirtbag and a house cleaner was coming to clean our house that day.....so when i got home i went up to get it to smoke and it was gone along with half of my chocolates


the fucking fat cow stole my fucking weed and my chocolates and i was fucking pissed, i had to wait like 4 more days before i finally got more weed
