Ecstacy and Anti-Biotics?

SWIM knows that you shouldn't drink alcohol when on anti-biotics, but can't remember if it's for reasons around dehydration, if so, it would seem E was also off-limits. SWIM has been prescibed anti-biotics, and was planning a roll in the very near future, any thoughts/advice appreciated. Thanks.

If it's interactions SWiY are worrying about, then don't. The only interaction to worry about between antibiotics & anything other than one's own body & mind is between Metronidazole & alcohol, where the risk of violent vomiting is high; some subjects (A Certain Mouse included) have reported some rather bizarre & not fun psychiatric symptoms with this combo also.

With all other antibiotics the only reason to avoid anything is the very important one of risking the further compromising one's immune system & lengthening the illness unnecessarily, so for that reason alone taking pills other than those prescribed (apart from maybe the odd painkiller or supplements) is not recommended until full health is restored.
