SWIM takes VICODIN for chronic pain. 20mg morning and 20mg night.

SWIM is looking for something different than VICODIN.

SWIM likes the "up" feeling VICODIN gives compared to Darvocet and such. SWIM wants something similiar in relief/high but lasts longer.

SWIM took methadone but it made SWIM feel like a drone.

Besides MS Cotin and Oxycotin is there anything else that lasts longer than VICODIN?

What is the diff. between MS Cotin & Oxycotin in the high & pain relief properties?

Well there are Fentanyl patches, which slowely release the drug over a long period. Fentanyl is a very strong pain reliever, it is about 100x the strength of morphine. But the patches are hard and dangerous to abuse, so they may not be the best choice for SWIY.

Some people like tramadol a lot including my best friend. It will definitely last longer than vicodin does, but it has a lot of different effects than usual opiates.
