Sudden Effects

SWIM has a serious problem. He has been taking 20XR x1 day and 10mg XR 2x day for past four months. Lately SWIM has noticed that when he takes his dosage, he feels sped up instead of slowed down and focused. He feels more anxiety and a rushed feeling that does not help him concentrate. SWIM also feels more aggressive and angrier. This is NOT swim's usual feeling on Adderall and instead of feeling better and calmer, he feels more aggressive and anxious. SWIM is also on lamictal, is it possible this could be due to other meds? Has anyone else noticed this over time? When SWIM is not on adderall, he feels very depressed.

PS> SWIM also has been known to increase dosage almost four times the amount on a given day and then take next two days off. Could the ups and downs cause this?

speed up effect could be due to both doses combining causing overstim which can cause anxiety. swim also expirienced aggression with adderall and was told that side effects can pop up out of nowhere during use so new side effects can be almost expected with extended use, also that the xr has effects that kind of turn on and off cause the way the beads work, this causes like mini-crashes which can effect your mood. alot of the side effects swim has expririenced while on adderall or similar meds slowly fade away after a couple months
