Whats Wrong with SWIM after smoking meth!HELP!Health

SWIM recnetly smoked meth for the second time, he only picked up a xxx sack and smoked 2/3 of it within about 10 hours. FYI the first time swim smoked meth he noticed none of these bad effects and the dose was about 1/2 to 1/3 of this besides smoked all at once. I need some info here if SWIM should be serously in trouble.

1.SWIM is experincing lung pains when he takes a deep breath he doesnt think this is to big of an issue and i perosonally belive this was caused by taking huge rips for so long (10 hours) and simply just have sore lung muscles... he has expreinced this from long hookah sessions too. (this seems to be going away now)

2. throat pains very similar to the flue(feels much like sore throat), not just in the throat but it feels like the pain extends to the back of his neck and shoulders too. The pain seems to be releated to the first thing but isnt really sure. It seems the more i flex and stretch this area the pain seems to go dormant. For instance when i first move after not moving at all for a long time it hurts the most (this is why swim thinks it is related with number 1)

3. Mouth sores. Theres little bumps in the back of swims throat that arnt really noticable if he hasent drank or eaten anyhting, but after he does they get mildly painfully but mostlys itchy and scratchy.

now some details if you would please. SWIM started smoking with a pookie and a lighter and no bad effects were really noticed untill his pookie broke and was forced to chase the dragon with a plastic straw. A few times the strew got 2 close to the flame and melted and the melted plastic vapors were inhaled and held without much notice. He must of overall inhaled half a straw give or take. SWIM belives its the plastic vapors causing the problems as he didnt really notice many bad effects untill after he was chasing the dragon. SWIM also has not been able to sleep/eat for the past two days so this im sure isnt exactly great.

So can anyone please help me and possibly tell SWIM if inhaling plastic can do this type of thing?

I personally belive its a combo of all these things. Any help would be great as this is a health question and we all know there very important.

I also know its hard to really see if its serouse just over the internet but im asking for some opionions.

(swim was recently sick 1-2 weeks ago but the only bad effect he had remaining was a slight cough)

swiy might have gotten a hold of some type of acid mixed in with the meth. swim is willing to say it will take a few days for it all to heal.

The thing is SWIM didnt notice any of these effects until after his pookie broke and was forced to cahse the dragon... at witch point plastic was inhaled, and he was using the pookie for a good 8 hours with no ill effects.

Half a straw? Thats a lot of plastic, swim isn't surprised swiy's throat, mouth and lungs are sore. Not sure how bad inhaling plastic is, but its not a good idea, drink plenty of fluids and see a Dr if pain persists or worsens.

As for the back of neck and shoulders, that could be somehow related, but it is more likely due to one of 2 things: tension from sitting at a bad angle, (when swim is on meth and gets engrossed in something on the net she can sit in one position for hours without moving and without realising her posture etc are off) or if swiy was active on the meth then it could be from straining muscles swiy doesn't usually use, and didn't notice at the time. (if swim does housework or gardening on meth she can work for hours without taking a break, then after taking a break she stands up and her back will be aching or something.)

Swim has burned up a lot of straws over the years. None of the things described have been a problem. However, like previously posted, sitting around puffin up a storm for hours can cause many things to go unnoticed. When swim would get all wired up and get on the 'puter, swim would go on for so long that afterwards, could barely turn his head. People get to doing things without a thought as to time, or taking care of oneself.ie...drinking fluids, eating, blinking, some people get so tight, they don't breathe right.
What kind of stuff is left in meth after being made can be a witches brew of toxins, it could have who knows what added as a cut.
What swim thinks it probably is tho.. If the straw is getting that short, and I doubt swiy is paying all that much attention to anything but getting as much of that smoke as possible. They are probably getting burns from superheated air with the smoke. people using a straw usually suck smoke in faster and harder than when using a glass pipe. geeez, if it is melting the straw that fast.....what is it doing to the tongue, throat and lungs??

1. Taking long deep "rips" expands the lungs, rib cage and diaphragm beyond its normal range. These areas become sore like muscles do after an intense workout. The same "sore" feeling would happen if swiy ran a marathon taking extremely deep breaths for 10 hours straight.

2. Throat or neck pain is caused by number 1 and number 3.

3. The sores are caused by some sort of chemical reaction between saliva, skin and the crystal methamphetamine. Forgive swim if swim cannot remember exactly why. Simply take 1/2 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon iodized salt and gargle every few hours.

In addition, swim is sure the inhaling of plastic doesn't help any. Swim have no advice on how to treat that.

Swim advise swiy to not use a straw use a glass pipe. Lung pains can be caused by caustic ingredients in it or overdoing the smoking. Mouth sores can be from the cut too. They put some funky cut in some of it.
