Should I rest all week after speed or should I run and work out in fitnes?

as i understand it, its pretty out of your system completely (like undetectableout of your system)after about 3 dayz... For me, I avoid doing anything too strenuous while im tweakin (besides dancing my a** off because I cant sit still)but late in the day after I ripped some lines Im usually good to go.

when your coming down and after like a day or 2 depending on how long youve been up i would say rest rest rest! honestly i dont know how you would want to do anything cuz after ive been up like 4 days i sleep for like the next 2. granted, everyone is different, but you need to get your body back to its usual routine so i would just say rest and then get back to your regular life once you wake up.


just remember to not excersize or anything while you are tweaking... you know your heart rate is pumping like crazy just from the shit and the adrenaline... dont like do anything to make your heart.... burst? ha, sorry dont know any other word. but your smart, and like dude said above, just listen to your body and you'll be good to go.

normally when i went to a party on speed and pills (saturday), i used to stay up till sunday..

the monday after that i went to the gym for a light work-out.. this is not very good for your muscles

I totally used all of my reserves and my muscles were wasted..

When I go to bed after a night of dancing on speed and pills (so when you don't use any of your reserves), i feel like i start over again with my training... Not as much as in i'm loosing all my muscle power or size, more as in symmetry and moisture in my muscles.. it's like some sort of 'muscle-wash' for me (i still wouldn't go on monday, but wednesday is fine)

If I force down juice and protein shakes and water while on speed and get some sleep and eat like hell day and nigth after Im good to go. one days complete rest in other words. But then again I never go for days straight I just snort a few lines say on friday and still manage to get some sleep friday nigth and then I rest saturday and Im back in the gym on sunday with my usualy intensity.

If your worried about catabolism pop a few d-bol tabs the day before, the day your tweaking and the day after.

I dont understand how ppl can do speed constantly, no sleep is hell. A buddy of mine got me to try it a while back and i was bouncing off the walls and had to force myself to sleep around 2 or 3 am with some self hypnosis.


But back then when i was fucking with it and watching other ppl stay up night after night it made me feel good that i had enough power to never to a night without sleep, and never lost weight. In fact that one month period changed me forever. I used to eat nothing but shit, then i suddenly changed my diet to a healthy protein diet. Its strange to say but that one month was horrible but made me better in the outcome. I think the ppl I was hanging around with are dead now, or id imagine remembering their behaviour. That shit will grab you by the nuts and wont let go....also when i was on it i would jerk off like 4 times a day..it was outragous HAHA
