Legal Status of Dried Mescaline Cactus in US

Does anyone know if there have been any recent cases in the US involving dried mescaline cactus, specifically Pedro or Torch (not Peyote since that's been explicitly scheduled for decades). As in the last 6 months. Swim's noticed that many of the dried tissue suppliers seemed to have shut down and know that there have been cases brought in the UK recently. Swim is considering the possibility that there was some legal action brought against the dried tissue suppliers (the live cactus suppliers are still very much around), since he heard a rumor a couple months back that one of the more prominent sites (which is now shut down) was being watched.

Anyone know any specifics about what may have happenned over the past 6 months or so, if anything. Thanks.
