Mescaline Tea shelf life

Hello all, new to the forum and SWIM managed to get a few san pedro cacti. SWIM is making mescaline tea using the 4-6 hour boiling method. How long will the tea stay potent if left alone sealed? Would refrigerating or freezing?

Also SWIM is planning on mixing the tea into a smoothie or other fruity mixture to lessen the bitterness of the tea. Is this a good idea, and would it affect the potency of the mesc at all?

No one knows? SWIM has prepared the tea as of two days ago, and it sits at room temperature in a sealed jar. SWIM is wondering if the tea will de-potensize or become unhealthy/spoiled if left sitting?

It should be prepared and used as soon as possible to prevent rot and fungal growth. Consider it like making cucumber soup. Couple days in the fridge, tops.

If not ingested promply, freeze it. Not good for storage in the fridge, even for a couple days.

How about overnight? It's best to do in the morning or early afternoon, most people wouldn't want to get up at 6am to boil it time.

Freezer. It won't take long to dethaw it over low heat.
