I tried it and was very disapointed with the high. Didn't do much of anything but mellow me out and made me want to go to sleep. Save your money and stick to more enjoyable drugs if you ask me.

Didn't chew but swalled a oxycontin (20 mg) with E one time from a friend that had/has some. Sucked. If anything, it held down my E buzz.


I agree with Unsolved...stick to better and more lively drugs. I prefer a drug that's going to give me energy and euphoria while reducing my inhibitions. Oxycontin didn't do any of this. Rather, it made me tired.


Also, I have taken oxycodone that I have (surgery) which isalmost the same thing as oxycontin (oxycontinhas oxycodone but time-releases dose unless crushed or chewed; oxycodone capsules releasesoxycodone all at once, regardless of ingestion, but usually come in much smaller doses). Swallowing 2 of these oxycodones (5 mg/each) makes me very, very tired. They're good for sleeping pills but that's it.


SWIM is telling me to drop 4 of my oxycodones (giving me 20 mg) and drink some beers/martinis. He said effects will be very nice. Will give report when I actually do this someday.Edited by: chico

oxys are great, espeically for the comedown off coke or exstacy, makes you able to sleep easily.

That isn't entirely true. Heroin is metabolized into morphine and codeine, while oxycodone is metabolized into oxymorphone and noroxycodone. This being the case, standard opiate drug screens often yield negative results for oxycodone. However, frequent use, as well as higher doses, do have the possibility of triggering a positive result.

Oxy's are fun once in a while. SWIM usually snorts a 20mg and the snorts another 10 mg after and hour.


He has gotten sick a couple times and thrown up, but after that felt fine. Usually when he had a full stomach and dosed.


He gets itchy, but the itchies almost feel good. Nice and relaxed feeling and eventually he gets the nods.


He notices quick tolerance build up.. if he snorts 3 days in a row, by the 3rd day he has to do 40mg just to get up. For this reason he does them only once in a blue moon.


If you have never done them, my friend says not to be a dumbass and snort a 80mg... it will probably put you in the ER. Start with no more than 20mg.

swim has oxy all the time... name brands and generics, though swim has never seen an oxycontin that looks like that. I think you got ripped off.

They where given to me. There a Blue/clear capsules with an orange/pink-est colored powder inside!

I know of one other person who gets these prescribe, an elderly man. He says the Pharmacists makes them. These people really think there taking oxycontin, by the way! This is a very small town also and this isn't surprising me at all.

The person who gave me these, as well as 4 100mg tarazdones, owns there own medical practice. She say there custom made too. Now I'm starting to think something fishy going with this Pharmacist. I think he's stealing the ocycontin and replacing it with Vicodin.

I found a capsule that looks just like it on line, it contains 125mg Vicodin, but it had writing on it though. It looks identical to the capsules I have, but theres no writing on mine.

Well thanks alot, as it happens to be no real biggie to me. I don't really take pills often, if at all. I'll just save them for pain relief.

ohhh oxycontin. I wont lie the stuff is very, very good. Only side affects is it is very addicting. I was addicted to it for about a 6 month span. It sucks man, yea its cool to do it once in a while you know what i mean, but not every damn day. you become very dependent on it. I was up to 240 mg a day that's 3 80 mg pills. An it is a very expensive habbit too, for real. but i would rate oxy a 10 out of 10. I've never done heroin but i know some ppl who have and they say its like heroin, but really heroin is way better. Around here though they call oxy hillbillie heroin so yea it does have the same effects but I guess from what i've heard, heroin is much better. Just be careful man, oxy is no joke its so good, but be careful and dont do to much or u will start sweating and iching out of control, just dont use it on a everyday basis. If it's your first time doing it i suggest doing about only 20mgs, I use to snort it so i dont really no about pooping it, so if ur snorting it start with about 10-20 mg/s just be careful though, seriously.

Swim thinks oxy is way overrated. They only reasons people like them so much is that you can snort/shoot them and the strength is so high due to the time release tablet that is so easily compromised. I think if they made an 80mg (no maybe a 160mg due to opiate equivalence) pure hydrocodone time release tablet. It would be in higher demand than oxy. Purdue tried to do the same thing with hydromorphone by making 24mg time released diluadids called paladones. These didn't stay on the markey too long as they must have been viewed as being way to abusable and probably would have displaced oxys as being "the" pill to have. Swim has tried virtually every opiate out there and doesn't think too much of them for his personal use. He says they are #1 in demand, so swim always tries to keep them in handy. Swim says they never sit around for more than a day or so.

Swim doesn't do oxy as much as other stuff, but loves snorting it from time to time. Couldn't tell you what it's like compared to heroine tho.

Lots of people hooked on oxy out here. They will jump on the chance to get heroin. They are scared to get it themselves, and even willing to pay 2-3 times the actual cost of the bag. So that may tell you guys something.

Done oxy a few times. Never felt it though. Problem is they are so expensive, I wouldnt waste money on them. So usually people would split up 80s between a few people, and I would smoke some good weed with them. Never felt it on top of methadone. Heroin can feel every time.

wow, seems like a lot of missinformation about this subject...

Ive been on oxy for just over 2 years now and have a WICKED tollerance which sux because it really doesnt do anything now but make me feel normal and VERY CONSTIPATED. My max perenial doasage is 3200mg in 24hrs which also sux because that is a shitload of 80's to chew up. My average daily dosage for the last year is ~ 1200mgs. I have tapperd down to about 400mg over the last 2 months and that has been NO cakewalk. I guess the itching stopped 3 mo into the journey but I remember it being VERY intense. I plan on coming off for awhile, i guess my biggest fear is that I have really fuxored my brain chemestry which will take a LONG time to equalize.

A few notes, Oxycontin is oxycodone mixed with two time release functions. 1mg oxy = ~1.7mg hydro
1mg oxy = ~1.1mg morphine but morphine

oxys are great but it feels like a cheap dope high,(and i find it imposible to orgaism on oxy) also i need about double the oxy as I would dope. And i personaly think oxy has a worse withdrawal.

oxy's are a better high for me, they resemble heroin quite a bit, hydros do nothing for me anymore, 40mgs of oxycontin gives me a great high, 80 making me puke but still highly high

Swim finds oxy's great. It's pure and you always know how many mg's youre taking. However, just like any other opiate, if you take too much you'll vomit. If you find the right dosage Swim finds oxy's to be a load of fun. It is impossible to orgasm but hey, at least u can get it up right? The only problems are that you gain a tolerance very quickly and you can easily fall into addiction. Other than that, this is one of SWIMS favorite drugs...

I agree that there's really no need for oxy if you can get a good buzz off of hydro. The hydro buzz is more fun but you can get to a point where they don't cut it anymore, that's when oxy comes in. It's effects are more numbing and less euphoric than hydro, similar to h but less euphoria. It's the kind of buzz that jujst makes you not care about anything. An 80 won't phase swim anymore.

If you can get unadulterated Hydro yea go for it. The hydro I see has tylenol in it. Norco has the least I know of and has the most hydro in it. Like 10mg vs 750 for an extra strength Vicodin. Lorecets have 10 but more Tylonal. No problem if your only doin 1 or 2 but spend some time with it and you will soon change that up. If you find yourself usin the stuff everyday you really should stop when you can cause when it gets its hook in ya you will regret it more than anything you have ever regreted in your life. Be careful, take care.

SWIM has only done oxycontin one time. He had an 80mg pill and he first took 20mg orally. Once the initial effects were felt he snorted another 20mg, then the remaining 40 a few minutes later. he was basically on 80mg total. The effects were wonderful lots of euphoria but lots of itching too. It doesnt quite compare th heroin in swims opinion. SWIM has only done heroin three times and only snorted it and this was a long time ago. SWIM doesnt ahve any tolerance built up for opiated but 80mg might be too much for some people. SWIM would have done more but he didnt have any. A good friend of swims recently died from oc. There is really no telling how many he took but he mixed them with xanax. Dont mix them and start off low. in swims opinion it didnt really feel like "synthetic heroin" It felt more like a strong opiod that is weaker than heroin and stronger than hydrocodone. Synthetic heroin is just not the word swim would use to describe it because the effects were nowhere as desirable as heroin. Heroin is the mack dady of opiates PERIOD.

swim done some h and swim has done oxy. oxy and heroin in his opinion r comp. different. he said that H is so much more powerfull. likes its insane. swim had a bottles of 20 mg oc the pink ones and he did all of them within a week. bout a year later he tried h once alot stronger but would never do h again for the fact that he could realy go for some the next day.

SWIM does a lot of oxy and methadone and hydrocodone. no H though. any ways SWIM used to ich alot on any of those great drugs. But SWIM dont anymore.

SWIM have stoped for a few weeks done it again but I have never iched sense.. (about a year now.) Is that because SWIM have a tolerance SWIM not complaing SWIM just cuorious.
