Drug info - Easy to get/legal for depression/anxiety

Is there anything SWIM can buy from the store/pharmacy that will help anxiety and/or depression.

swim never tried it, but heard that st. johns wart is an effective antidepressant. Its herbal and fda calls it a supplement, which means it wont kill you, but it might not do anything to help you either. It might be worth a try, swiy would have to use it regularly for a while to find out, its not supposed to work immediately, but rather improve your well being over time. Maybe its bullshit, swim doesnt know, just a thought.

i have found that wild lettuce (when smoked) takes then"EDGE" off, if thats what your looking for.

Not certain but SWIM believes seeing a 5-htp type of thing.which is a supplent version of an ssri.Benzo route > vitamin shoppe.
