feeling of cold

SWIM feels very cold when coming down from smoking DMT, enough that he shivers moderately and exposed skin is uncomfortable. This effect doesn't seem to be present during the peak. It's only as the drug wears off. It lasts for 15 minutes afterwards or until return to baseline. Is this common?

P.S. There are no MAOI interactions or anything like that.
