When I went to Nepal several years ago, I bought a small packet of what the locals called "Brown Sugar."



it's my understanding that this was Pakistani heroin.

It was a very fine, brown powder.

I snorted a small line (which was about all I had).

Two hours later I felt like I could barely move. When I stood up I could not stand straight; it was as though I was extremely drunk, but no alcohol. Though I felt I had to piss, I couldn't urinate for about an hour. I thought I'ld burst my bladder.

Are these things symptomatic or heroin or was my reaction unusual?

The effects of H is different on everyone. but as far as you not being able to urinate is because opiates do that. It's a side affect, like itching and constipation. Be safe.............................................. ................................

Dick you get sick? Although everyone is different, usually peoples first experience with dope leads to vomiting. I wouldn't describe heroin's effects as similal to being drunk though. The not being able to urinate definately sounds farmiliar. I hated that.

Have to drink a lot of beer to get that from alcohol.

I use Lortabs, Vicodin, Vicoprophen, etc. I find that if I take an ordanary Benadryl in a 1:1 ratio, it enhances the feeling, minimizes the nausea, and itching. Also, be sure to eat a high fiber diet and get lots of water. You may even want to use some soulable bulk fiber. This will help a great deal with the constipation. I suspect that these things might help for stronger opiates such as H.

ther was alot of dope mixed with pcp goin around the boston area this summer in boston my freind od'd cuz he was drinkin on the shit you really shouldnt drink on dope ive been told he was in a coma for a week he lucky when i was on it i would halucinate bad talk to people that werent there shit like that drivin was very scary to i have only puked once on it. it has a weird affect on me i guess i get normal i clean like a mother f**ker it gets me focused bla bla just thought id share a lil peace

many people are mildly allergic to any opiates as i am, though i have done tons of morphine and other opiates, i have never done H, it is all the same when it gets to the brain, this mild allergic reaction causes mild to severe ithching depending on the potency and how allergic you are. The piss thing goes along with it, you can always tell how screwed up you are when you itch like hell and cant piss, that is a symptom to quit using for at least a couple of hours.

Brown sugar is not made to be sniffed or shot,its made specially for smoking.It is #3 heroin which is less refined than the white #4.It almost always contains an almost equal amount of caffeine to facilitate smoking[since caffeine burns at about 140 degrees cooler than heroin]and for flavoring it often contains quinine and strychnine in varying degrees. It often also has phenobarbitone to potentiate the effects of the smoken heroin.


It is made only in Asia[both S.E. and S.W.]and is the predominant type of heroin found in both parts of Asia.In addition,it is the most commonly found type in Europe.Those are pretty much the only places youll find it.


It can be injected with a citric acid catylyst[lemon juice,citric acid crystals,etc.]and also snorted[although I hated that]but is ideal when taken in its intended manner-inhaled.

Injecting brown heroin is obvously not good for as it full of
impurities even after dissolving in citric acid (or vinegar), but some
people find it quite effective.

You are correct, VincentVan, vinegar is not a good idea either. This is
not something I have done for many years, I remenber one of my
aquaintences used to even dissolve black opium this way and inject it
(its NOT worth doing), but opiate users have a very unhealthy lifestyle!

Still i don´t understand why ypur friend prefered to use vinegar to citric acid. Acetic acid is less effective and if you can´t get Cit.Ac. you can use a bit of tablet of Cvitamine or a few drops of lemon even, everything is better than pumping tannins into your body. The whole topic of brown heroin brought back a lot memories. The dicussion brought a particular character to mind. The person involved is likely dead now. he had few concerns about harm reduction as he had been a heroin addict, a tuinol (barbituarates) addict and then an alchoholic. (Sadly there were no informative web site around at the time....)

shit i would much rather shoot brown heroin than white heroin, We call it raw(brown) and (scramble)white.always seem to get a better rush shootin the raw. but then again its all personal preference and how pure it is. I did not know that shooting brown heroin was worse for you, shit you learn somethin new everyday!!!
