Cocaine found hidden inside prunes

Customs officers at the country's largest parcel depot have discovered a £30,000 stash of cocaine hidden inside more than 140 prunes.

HM Revenue and Customs said the unusual find at the international hub at Coventry airport showed the "ever inventive" methods used by drug gangs. No arrests have yet been made into the find but investigations are continuing, a Customs spokesman said.
