Combinations - Cocaine and tobacco / cigarettes

Well i know alot of people complain about the taste of coke but i
personally like it alot. I love to sniff and get a little
flem with coke in it running down the back of my throat.
Its gotten to the poing where i smoke cig after cig when i snort
though. LIke for some reason my mouth just waters for
ciggs. Its not a craving like i need the cigg its just the fact
that after i snort and rub some all over my gums and shit it just
tastes soooooooooooooo good to smoke. Any ideas on this?

I crave cigs all the time - But yes, the desire for smoking goes up quite a bit, and suprisingly the desire for Marijuana goes completely away when doing it. Cigarettes are the most addicting thing I have ever run across. I wish I could quit smoking them. I try to stop daily and cannot. One thing that seems to slow down the craving for cigs is sucking on nicotine mints. I wonder if I would smoke cigs so much if they were illegal. I think if cigs were illegal I would be a tobacco junkie on the street begging for a butt.

Yes, that's how amps are. SWIM loves to smoke cigs on amps, but sober, SWIM only smokes half or so. It's just a guilty pleasure. Enjoy!!!

The reason why cigs r so good id because he increases the happy feelings u get off coke making u want more. atleast thats wat i heard.

The coke gets the dopamine flowin, and the nicotine gives u a short spike in dopamine in the brain. Also, the stimulation is amplified.

oh ya i agree with you guys, cigarrettes go great with a little cola. It definitely makes the experience that much better. Another thing to try is using a bunch of orajel at the same time to make your mouth even more numb, if you like that kind of thing which i love.

SWIM used to be a smoker of about 20 a day from 2001-2004 and then quit. In the 6 months after he quit he was eventually able to drink alcohol without craving cigarettes and after awhile did not crave cigarettes when on MDMA. However after 6 months SWIM decided to do some coke for his birthday, and as soon as he did his first line he walked to the shops and bought a 20 pack which was smoked in a matter of hours and after a few more nights of coke in that month he was once again a 20 a day smoker.

SWIM quit again in late 2005 and never smoked regularly after this, however he still smoked whenever the white stuff was being consumed and always found it a pain in the arse to have to go through the withdrawal symptoms of nicotine every couple of weeks. So SWIM decided to stop cocaine altogether in January of 2006 and bar a handful of drunken nights, did not smoke for the majority of 2006 and has not had a cigarette for 6 months now.

SWIM does now consider himself to be a bit of an expert when it comes to quitting cigarettes (thanks, Allen Carr) and does not envisage ever being hooked on them again.

However in the last couple of weeks he has REALLY wanted to indulge in some of the white stuff (which will inevitably be consumed with alcohol) but is a bit worried about smoking again, mainly because of his health as he exercises regularly these days and does not like to get on a treadmill and be huffing and puffing after just a few minutes.

He was thinking about waiting until the shops close until he begins his coke but then thought that he might end up just having a miserable night wanting cigarettes and not be able to enjoy the coke.


So essentially my question is, has anyone ever been in a similar situation of having quit cigarettes but struggled to stay off them when doing coke? And if anyone has then do they have any advice for SWIM?

try chewing gum, sugarless if possible.... works for me atleast.

not only does it keep my mind off cigs but it gives me and excuse not to take one if offered i might go through a pack in a few hours but it's still better for me and costs less hehe

If SWIM manages to get anything tonight then he has decided to buy some nicotine inhalers. He'll try not to use them at all but if he needs nicotine it's better than smoking it.

SWIM has conditioned himself to only smoke when he is drinking or taking drugs, and he smoked 15 - 20 a day for around 3 years. SWIM doesn't crave fags at all at any other time, and even feels sick when other people are smoking around him. Perhaps SWIY could do the same?

Well, dont worry about it too much... If you have actually quit, and only smoke when coked up, I wouldn't worry too much.
You shouldn't be doing coke that often, few fags whilst on it ain't really gonna kill you

SWIM would just like to report that he recently did some cocaine, and smoked after not smoking for a few months. He found that it ruined his experience as it gave him withdrawal symptons that weren't present before he'd had the cigarette. SWIM is buzzing tonight and for the first hour felt the need for a cigarette but abstained. SWIM is now 4 hours in and still hasn't smoked and it's the best night he's had on the cocaine possibly ever, SWIM believes that cigtarettes ruin cocaine and he is now happy in the knowledge that he never need smoke again.

Ok, this is somewhat weird. In the past, SWIM has loved smoking on while coke (may be worth noting he almost always was drinking while doing coke). A little while later, SWIM stopped coke and developed a slight amphetamine addiction. SWIM was snorting ritalin (20g) on a very frequent basis. On ritalin, SWIM actually needed to smoke, because the combination was amazing for SWIM.

Now SWIM has gotten back into coke but whenever he tries smoking on it, not only does he not get anything from it, it actually significantly hurts his coke high.

So swim is confused as to why tobacco seemed to always mix well with stimulants in the past (even coke) but now suddenly he simply can't smoke while high on coke.

Swim finds that he likes a cig after bumping a line for the extra stimulation it gives him but is not particularly fond of the taste of them when all high. He usually ends up liting up smoke after smoke when schnayed out however just for something to keep him busy.
