The Basics of the Dip

First off, if you don't live in an inner city neighborhood or have connections to one, then you probley don't know what a dip is. A Dip is a Moore brand cig, long and black, that you dip in wet. Wet is pcp and all kinds of other shit that homeboys cook up and eventually you have a clear/amber liquid that smells a lot like ether(may contain it as far as I know).

You smoke this dip and get faded within 2-3 good hits. At first, you feel fuzzy. Then, if you smoke enough, you start feeling like your head weighs 200 lbs and you can't control your legs so you are stumbling and falling.By this point, you are faded. Dissociatiave is the only word I can use to describe it. I don't enjoy it too much unless its clear and then its not as dirty.

Well, this is the most shadiest drug EVER. Worse than crack/meth/ whatever.
I have only been robbed(at gun point)from these dip smoking motherfuckers.
DO NOT fuck with this drug! Not only is it bad for you.... you will end up gettin smoked for some dimebag by some fool all dipped out. The people are more dangerous than the drug.

Swia Hardly doubts there be any ether left in the solution else what would be the point in smoking a cig dipped in it. You may as well smoke a sparkler.
when u say other kind of shit,more likely u mean embalming fluid which because of the slang over the years, as confused some foolish people with having that just as pcp which is considerably more toxic.

Really the shadiest drug huh, How hold is swiy by the way. Swia has never heard anyone get mugged for pcp ever. she has heard it plenty of times with thefts involving crack,meth, heroin etc. but not with pcp well not that she has seen or heard anyway.

Well, swip has heard of people on PCP robbing and mugging others, but not for PCP; and yes it is a gheto inercity based drug.

Bongo remembers when PCP was a very prevalent drug back in the 1970's. There was graffiti on the buildings: "FUCK PARAQUAT! SMOKE DUST!" and "DUST IS A MUST!"

The dust-heads would rob you, or just beat you up for fun. They were laughably stupid, unless they came after you in a gang. Appropriately a big song on the commercial radio at the time was "White Punks On Dope." This fit these idiots perfectly. They'd smoke their PCP Angel-Dust, steal a car, and go driving into parked cars after parked cars after parked cars. If they'd had guns, no doubt they'd leave a trail of dead bodies behind them - including their own.

Dust faded into obscurity when cocaine rolled in like a wave.

SWIM's favorites are dissociatives-- Ketamine and Nitrous. PCP is also classified as a dissociative, but it's one of only 2 substances SWIM will never, ever try (Crack being the other.)

After reading lots about it, reading trip reports and seeing videos of people under the influence SWIM is still baffled why anyone would do this to themselves. And SWIM has done and routinely does some pretty fucked up things to himself in pursuit of good times.

Lots of times pcp is sold in an ethereal solution because pure pcp is crystaline and impure pcp is a thick oil. Since most users soak something in pcp and then smoke it, ether or other organic solvents are good ways of absorbing the pcp into the smoking medium. Of course, one should really let the ether/organic solvent evaporate before smoking...

Also...*just speculating* for those who confuse pcp with formaldehyde, i bet the chemical odor of ether or other such solvents ensures that the user is getting real "enbalming fluid".

IMO its just a waste of some good ether

In ghetto california of U.S, small amounts PCP is favored to be laced in marijuana, by un-smart synthesisers, because PCP is simple as hell to Synthesize! Alot of people will buy a blunt(not aware of shitty quality), and not know there is PCP even laced with it. Anyway, a reason for one knowing that he's consuming PCP, and wants to, could be because it's cheap(in price)

When SWIM types in PCP in the search bar at youtube, all he sees are naked black people who are either screaming and yelling like primates, or are wrestling with 6+ cops, it does say something, SWIM doesn't think it's any propaganda.
Edit: found a nice report from CNN from a guy in the hospital high on PCP, mind you he is the first clothed guy high on PCP.

Off coures someone can get robbed for PCP, a friend of mine was even robbed for weed. Some poor guy has almost been beaten to dead some weeks ago in belgium because he didn't want to give a sigarette.

However storys like this say nothing about these drugs . Just about some moron users who can't control themself.

SWIM saw a guy being robbed (while the guy was on PCP). The victim readily gave over his wallet and just about anything when the guy punched a pretty large dent in the brick alley wall.

The victim probably could have easily ran for it though. When someone is at a point on PCP where they lose all feeling with their body, they usually can't walk well (at least from what SWIM observes).

Damn... although pcp dissociates one, yould be screwed if some one on dust try to get at ya. even if you had a gun, you would have to shoot them in the head and kill e'm. just to stop e'm. swim heard of people on dust getting shot all-over, and not showing any resistance. Too bad pcp has a bad rep, it would be HUGE in the pain area for medication. In which pcp gives a wishy-washy dissociation, but not fully enough to scare an average person. It would be PERFECT!!

It was a pain med. But it was withdrawn because of serious adverse effects. Not only recreational effects. Psychosis and the like. It was very unpredictale.
