Combinations - LSD and Cocaine

I've searched the forums and could not find any information, forgive me if there is already a thread on this topic.

Is cocaine and LSD a safe combination? Is it a fun / worthwile combination? And finally, what do you think about an experienced tripper who has never done cocaine trying it for the first time while on acid?

I find cocaine to be an overwhelming high. It out powers any other substance i have ever taken in conjuction with it. but i do know people who can do multiple drugs including coke and feel them all. If u are an experienced tripper i dont think there are any safety issues with the combo. alot of times i take some adderrall when tripping jsut for a little more energy to enjoy the trip with. If u are one of the people who can feel coke as well as other drugs then id say go for it. it will make for a good combo. try just a little coke at a time, if it starts taking over stop and save the rest for another time and enjoy the trip.

SWIM would say that an experienced tripper who had never done coke would find it irritating/infuriating in combination with LSD. For her, coke destroys everything about other drugs: Empathy/MDMA=GONE, Insight+hallucination/LSD: NON-EXISTANT. nothing spiritual, just the coke arrogance and inadvertantly drinking too much alcohol (and then generalised badness!) She has never been into coke, but the 2 or 3 times she's done it alone have been "OK", but nothing more. Nice rushes, tingly bits, and as long as alcohol not drunk to excess "OK". Plus short acting. She wouldn't sully her trip with it. Go with the acid, do some exercise if you want that head-rush thing! She's had similar effects with hyperventilating.

I personally don't think coke is overwhelming at all. In fact, I would say for me at least, it is the subtlest/least intense of all drugs. I tried it with mushrooms before and it was definitely worth while as a one off. Didn't over-power the experience, just made things a lot clearer, gave me more energy and talkativeness. Kind of removed the "spiritual" element, but it was still good fun. I agree that it takes away the empathy element of an MDMA experience, but then again I enjoy the combo for a good dance.

Your coke must be cut cut cut. Coke is a hell of a drug when you get it in strong potency. When cut it becomes less potent, for you to say it is not an overwhelming drug then you must be using very shity coke.

I dunno, I've tried from a wide range of sources (different almost every time in fact, but around the same region in Britain), some of which are far more effective than others. I get the numb feeling off the "good" stuff and a nice buzz, but not comparable to the intensity of an E and no where near the intensity of hallucinogenics. I only really get a proper nice high/euphoria when I'm drinking booze as well. I snorted just shy of an eighth a week ago and had a great time, but coke is a simple stimulent at the end of the day, not a narcotic. It doesn't leave you feeling "drugged" or spaced out, but rather makes everything a lot clearer and more focused. It's easy to be chatty and sociable on coke, whereas even E can leave you feeling a bit warped and messed up at times (I went and hugged a complete stranger on New Years' Eve, gurning and grinning like an idiot: he almost hit me, bastard). You can do coke absolutely anywhere and still pass as being "normal", if a little over-confident.

You may be right though, in which case I am just unlucky and I want some of this good stuff you're talking about (that was'nt an invitation mods!) ;-( Oh, and no offence taken bud. Peace

A proffessional toilet cleaner knows that bad LSD trips can sometimes trigger fast heart rate. And he definatly recommends not mixing the 2 together. Coming down off of Coke can leave people with this empty drained out feeling, and acid is all about someone's mindset. So just imagine having a bad trip while comming down off coke. It's not a pretty sight.

Cocaine builds the ego yet LSD destroys it. A combination of the two will not go together well, SWIM knows from others experiences.
