Side effects of Heroin

SWIM tried insuflating one bag of heroin for the first time last night. He didn't get very euphoric, but something was definately going on, SWIM felt something very potent in his body. He has been shaking ever since last night. Did SWIY experience this shake the first time, and are there any other significant side effects?
