Fever: temperature not dropping after an evening
hello people on this forum, it is my first time posting but i've read a lot of stuff on this post.
SWIM has had 3 e pills over the weekend and SWIM's been having a slight temperature of 37 °C. SWIM has been having this temperature go down a bit and get back at 37 every 4 hours or so. It has been SWIM's 5th day of this fever and SWIM has not been getting any better. Anyone heard of any SWIM that had the same problem? SWIM is getting a bit worried now. best regards Sari |

Re: Fever: temperature not dropping after an evening
I would be surprised if this was related to SWIYs ecstasy use. SWIY should see a doctor as he could have an infection.

Re: Fever: temperature not dropping after an evening
A temperature of 37 C (+/- 1 degree) is absolutely nothing to worry about. In fact it is just what it should be - an average body temperature. Body temperature can vary over the course of a day also.
Your budgie may be feeling the effects of minor dehydration & the body dealing with the last vestiges of the battering it took over the weekend. MDMA & other stimulants (remember there is no guarantee that MDMA is present in pills) can play havoc with a body's thermoregulation, & also with a body's perception of it's thermoregulation. If SWiY is still worried, by all means go & see a doctor. Temperature of a Healthy Human (Body Temperature) |

Re: Fever: temperature not dropping after an evening
37C X 1.8 + 32 = 98.6F. This is the conversion formula for centigrade to Fahrenheit.
The "normal" temperature for a human is 98.6F. |

Re: Fever: temperature not dropping after an evening
Thanks for the reply
![]() I should have noted early. I apologize for any confusion, but SWIM's average temp. is around 36.3. 36.4 and is out of the norm to go 37.0 unless SWIM is feeling a bit dizzy. SWIM usually goes to the Doctor a.s.a.p. I guess SWIM should do as he usually does ... Still would like to hear is any SWIM has had this experience. -Sari |
