Salvia plant sick?

SWIM has been caring for a plant which has been showing signs of possible ill health. It's leaves are very thin and curled much unlike the way it's leaves were when SWIM first got it. They also apear to droop even though it's been watered and feel firm to the touch.

Any ideas as to the problem?
