Kratom antagonists?
First of all, SWIM is not sure wether "antagonist" is the proper term to use, but what he means are substances that lessens or even negates the effekt of kratom, two of which he will discuss/ask about here.
The first question concerns opiates, namely SWIMs primary source in the form of home made laudanum from dried poppy pods. One night he took a small dose of this (2 ´Gigantheum´ poppy pods ), and notices
that -the following night- his normal dose of kratom hade virtually no effect at all. Does this have to do with the opium still being "in place" in the brain and body, os simply a drastically increased tolerance after a single nigt on real opiates?
Secondly, on a different evening SWIM took a glass of high-quality Absinth, and when he took his regular kratom abou 3-4 huors after that, the effekt seemed quite a bit less than it should. Any thoughts on this?
