Crop size

What size crop would one need to get one gram of raw opium? When i say crop size i mean it in plant number (ie 100 plants, 200 plants...). And how much raw O could one get from a single plant? Consider all its pods throught its life cycle.

The opium yield from a single pod varies greatly, ranging from 10 to 100 milligrams of opium per pod. The average yield per pod is about 80 milligrams

ah ok, so around 10 pods for a gram at the best, more like 15-20 pods, not too bad, actually one plant could produce a gram throughout its lifetime. Good to know, thanks ^_^
