Opinions - Nitrous compared to other inhalants

Hey there,
My pet mouse has been reading about n20 for the last few days and altho its never liked the idea of using an inhalant iv been reading some pretty positive stuff about it.
Im just wondering if anyone knows if there is any real differance in using n20 compared to other crap stuff iv heard about like random solvents n gas n so on.
The main issue i have is health related,like is having n20 better on your body (especially the lungs)then say, someone who inhails gas or whatever for a high?
