Naloxone on non-addicts question

SWIM keeps a bottle of naloxone around just to be safe when experimenting with IV opiates. Got it from the needle exchange, which, BTW, should be standard issue in SWIM's opinion.

So thinking about naloxone, a questions arose.

If a person who was NOT a habitual heroin user were to accidentally OD on heroin and then be brought back with a shot of naloxone, would said person go into a crash detox? It's SWIM's understanding that when an IV heroin user is given naloxone, that person would go instantly into painful and messy withdrawls. But if a person was not addicted to heroin and the Naloxone kicked out all the heroin from its binder sites, the non-addict, it seems, would be returned to a state of relative normalcy and not suffer much if any negative affecgs from coming off the H.

Thoughts?

Thanks-
