Hi, this is my first time posting on this forum, and i'm concerned about a friend, we'll just call him "J" well my friend J has been doing pills since 2006 new years, he was a bit wary about doing them at first because he only has 1 kidney (his other one was removed when he was a child because it was defective). After new years he was doing pills pretty much every weekend for a few months, he then had a break of a few months and then started doing them again every 2 weeks-ish, recently when he's been doing pills he'll throw up while hes up on the pills (this has been with different batches, so it can't just be those specific pills) I was wondering if this is due to him having 1 kidney, maybe he's overloading it or something, but other friends have also been throwing up when either coming up from the pills or actually up on them. I'm just concerned about the dangers involved in doing pills with 1 kidney because he's been doing them for a little over a year now and hasn't had any bad effects, but i've heard that it's dangerous to do pills with only 1 kidney, thanks in advance.

So basically you're saying he should stop the pills? I've read through that thread but can't seem to find anything about the dangers of doing pills with only 1 kidney, seeing as he's been doing them for over a year and hasn't had any problems.

No one here is going to tell you, and get away with it, that it's okay for SWIM to continue using MDMA/pills and be safe. The report speaks for itself regarding how the kidneys are used with MDMA and other amphetamines.
