shooting heroin. help.

hi, swim knows the procedure very well to shoot up heroin.

cook, use cotton ball, and suck up everything thats in the ball into the needle.

swim pokes a vein, pulls back to see if some blood coms out (because swim thinks thats what swiy has to do, right?)

well, swim had poked many-a-vein. usually the big one below the forearm. it seems PRETTY direct to swim. he pulls back but blood NEVER comed out! is swim doing something wrong here? please help!!!
