Duramorph.
SWIM recently acquired 1ml of Duramorph containing 10mg/ml, and was wondering whether or not there were any other routes of administration beside those listed i.e. epidural and intrathecal for the sake of SWIM's wish to steer clear of needles. Other than the metallic taste of HCI in the mouth and the diminished bio-availability on a full stomach, should SWIY not administer orally? Any insight would be appericiated.

Re: Duramorph.
SWIM is going to guess that if a solution is safe to put directly into the blood, its probably safe to put in the stomach. SWIM can't really think of a reason that it might be harmful to simply swallow, other than that it might taste bad and it could be harder to gauge an effective dose...although 10 mg might work if SWIY doesnt have a tolerance. One could probably use it rectally too, if SWIY doesnt have any objections to that kind of thing.
