a friend of mine has ordered his box of truffels at the wrong headshop and these dumbheads had to put a sticker onto the pack.

now the pack was stopped by customs.

does he has to await the cops anyway or is it possible they just let him pay a fee?

i guess he should get rid of stuff he doesnt want to be found -

Depends on the country Swiy is in. But in general you have to receive forbidden stuff knowingly to be punishable by law. If, as in the mentioned case, the stuff is intercepted without any further notification, the authorities will have to prove that, at least, Swiy ordered the stuff himself willingly and knowingly. If Swiy, however, received an notification and respond on it with something else then Swiy don't know about any shipment (special when Swiy admits he was aware), he probably digged his own grave.

As far as I know truffles are regarded as a Psilocyban containg shroomsand are thgerefore illegal to possess. As Swiy has not yet taken delivery ofthem I am not sure of the legality of possesion in this case. I suggest Swiy speaks with a solicitor.

relax is the best advice there are many different reasons that can be used and getting too dramatic will just dig a deeper hole. When customs contact you simply say you did not order any such thing. It is up to them to get the police to investigate you to find out if you ordered anything and how are they gonna do this? They cant, the company that shipped to you simply shipped the wrong thing you had no idea and of course you are very happy for customs to have it destroyed. Apologise for the hassle and get on with your life!!
And then grow your own!!!!

Some one i know had a package stoped and the next thing he knew the police busted down his door. Just make sure you have nothing illigal where you live, also try formatiing your hard drive 8 times.

swiyou might also want to find out if the (online?) financial transaction ( if there was any) is easily traceable by LE, ie is there something to link swiy to the purchase of such a product, might be hard to blame it on that shady foreign ex girlfriend if there is a nice bill / receipt with a visa transaction number in the box, sitting in LE's lap, along with a similar transaction on your bank account...
