Baking Soda is powerful

SWIM tried taking 1/2 tsp of baking soda 10 minutes prior to ingesting 300mg of Methylone. The Methylone hit much more quickly. Peaked around 10-15 minutes instead of 30. Anyone else try this?

Yes it tastes nasty. "Stomach salt", we call it. Just stir it in water and down it in one big gulp without doubting or thinking.

problem is that said compound via metabolic conversion loads the body w/excess Na, thereby increasing the acidity of the GI tract - something you are trying to lower in the first place.

consider other commonly available mild basificators...ahem, antacids come to mind, 'xcuse the pun.

He's not saying it doesn't work. He's saying it works to a degree (as an ant-acid) and then becomes counter-productive. The point Nano is trying to make is that a non-sodium based ant-acid would likely be more efficacious towards the goal. Such as magnesium hydroxide or calcium carbonate.

Bongo would like to affirm the Broshious Theorum: Pre-dosing with an ant-acid will indeed cause a rapid and stronger peak effect with methylone. The monkey damned near fell out of his chair!

Be careful with this one, chimps - the difference in strength of effect and rapidity of onset are alarming. Even for a well-seasoned psychenautical ape.

Ow. After a couple of grams worth of experimentation swim is looking to change some routines. He is however not as well-versed in in chemistry as others. Lets say donkey kong needed to fall out of his chair- what exactly would a zoo keeper pick up at the pharmacy and how much should be hidden in the bananas? ALso, would kong find himself mineral floor licking for a longer period of time?

Fwiw, adding some baking soda will also help when plugging methylone dissolved in water.

I mentioned this to swim and he was eager to test it out. However, swim always has to be different, so instead of soda followed my methylone, he asked for a coctail of the methylone and soda mixed. So thats what he recieved.


75 mg baking soda and 288mg methylone was dissolved into sprite.
- First off before we get to the heart of this, I must add that no matter how prepared one may think they are, shit still happens. Now if you are wise to what I am getting at here, thats good. If you are not, here's a hint: baking soda... methylone.. CARBONATED beverage... so the methylone / baking soda mix is sittin patiently at the bottom of a glass which was obviously much too small. Immediately after pouring the sprite in, the mixture erupted over the edge of the glass and an unknown amount of the drug was lost... but it was certainly over 75 %. Now I would never give swim a substance without knowing the exact dosage.. so I had to dump the remaining stuff.. which was probably not much anyways. Lesson learned.

Round 2: Fruit juice!. commence...

t+10 minutes- holy macaroni all aboard

t+30 minutes- Peaking? wow.... bliss

t+2hrs - she's left me

overall.. yes this mix is teh shiz!

DXM?

Or does the bakeing soda(ant-acid) only effect certain chemicals because a certain reason\reaction? So not all substances would have the certain reaction to make the difference? Smurf only asks because he loves finding a way to potentiate the effects he seeks with or without takeing as much.

Well swim has tried the antacid thing not just straight baking soda with codeine and with dxm. It definetly works for the codeine and even better with some grapefruit juice. For dxm it wasn't as noticeable.

Thanks, just wanted to see if anyone tryed it. Smurf will try it next time he uses DXM or anything other then THC that is. Which had no noticeable effects.

Even if it potentiates it alittle, thats that much better. Smurf will take something other then bakeing soda plus abunch of bakeing soda. See what happens, if anything. Hopefully not sickness.

He has tryed fresh and juice, grapefruit juice with no effects for many substances. He knows on MDMA, vitamin C effects it(Wants to try 5-htp also, mostly for pre and after doseing though) But has tryed it for other substance with no pervail.
