Shroom hunting - Hunting in Maryland and Horse Farms

I live in a Maryland suburb surrounded by animal farms, but predominately horse farms. I haven't seen anything posted about hunting in Maryland, but have seen threads about shroom hunting in PA and VA, my two neighboring states. Is it worth trying to hunt in horse fields, and is Maryland even a huntable area?

Horses are buggers anyway! swim got chased by one while piking once was well scary!
