Hey everyone, Im new at the forum and I'm excited to be here, I have been looking at this forum for years now, but finally decided to sign up and share some of the knowledge, SWIM loves psycoactives, and has recently been getting involved with 2C-E and 4-HO-DiPT, SWIM just purchased 100 mg's of each, and doesn't have a scale, I was wondering if someone here could help SWIM with an idea of measuring?, does SWIM really have to purchase a scale
I just wanted to say that I loved all the people on this site and their dedication to the forums. I feel privileged to be accepted into here, anyway please tell me what some of the best research chemicals are in other members opinions, SWIM just chose those too because he said he liked the experience reports the best |

Re: Beginner Research Chemical User
Tell SWIY a scale is a needed tool. If swiy can afford the chems, then they can afford the safety tools like scales.
Some may suggest diluting into water or alcohol; 100mg to 100ml then each ml would be 1mg. However without a scale swiy has no idea if they actually have 100mg. Many venders are known to give extra or less then ordered. |

Re: Beginner Research Chemical User
If the exact solubility (let's say in distilled water) of a substance is known, one can measure an exact amount of distilled H2O (with a syringe), and saturate it with the substance (add little by little, until it doesn't dissolve anymore). Tell SWIM to be careful with the temperature though (solubility varies). Also, the purity of the substance needs to be above at least 90%, or even more in the case of dosage-sensitive drugs like LSD or DOx.
Possible problems with this method: - solubility data is wrong - RC isn't pure - solvent isn't pure (e.g. if tap water is used) - temperature is wrong - too much RC is added, some stays in the solvent, undissolved. - basic math skills needed If at least one of the above happened, overdose is possible, depending on the mistake and the drug. This is only theory, don't blame me if anyone ODs on DOI after reading this. This method does work (in theory), but as you can see, there are many possible problems. SWIM has to save some money and buy a good scale someday. |

for the optically challenged:
1. GET AN MG ACCURATE SCALE. |
