Belgium Drugs Laws

I don't know if there are many Belgians on this board but since I just made some searches about Belgian drugs laws I thought that I could share what I find... I think it isn't so easy to find accurate laws-related documents online.

Some documents were already posted in another topic but here everything interesting I found is gathered.

FR | NL - drugs laws

FR | NL - lists of controlled substances (opiates, cocaine, cannabis,...)

It seems not updated yet since this document was modified on 22/10/2006 (FR | NL), adding Salvia Divinorum (so the whole plant and not only its active compound like before), Khat and some piperazines.

They don't precise if amanita's are considered "hallucinogenic mushrooms" like psilocybes are.

Makes a distinction between cannabis and other drugs, defines "cannabis detention for personal consumption" which is said to be a quantity that can be consumed in 24 hours... estimated to be max 3g or one plant.
