Any pointers for a first time Salvia trip

SWIM has just ordered some 10x salvia and was wondering if anyone has any pointers for a first successful trip and what SWIM can expect to feel.
SWIM is 6'3 280pnds if this means anything SWIM has never done any kind of drugs other than Pot,DXM,and some opiates.Also are the trips better with Music,tv,bright light,no lights I just want a successful first trip so any help will be appreciated also swim will not be having a sitter
