Oxycodone from extraction? How much?

SWIM has a few percocets, the white 512's. How much oxycodone could be extracted from them using the water method?

The maximum ideal yield would be equal to the total mg oxycodone in the pills. This is not a pill ID site, check the links on one of the stickies in the opiates forum to find a site that can ID SWIY's pills, but if they contain 5 mg oxycodone each (and SWIM thinks they do), multiply that by the total amount of pills to get the maximum yield.

However, with a CWE SWIY will not get the maximum yield, some oxycodone will be lost during the procedure. SWIM is not sure how much is usually lost, but it is probably not a huge amount, maybe 10-20% since SWIM has performed CWE many times, and has not noticed a huge difference in the experience of a CWE product, and simply taking an equivalent amount of oxycontin (which has no APAP).

When SWIdr performs a CWE from his generic oxycodone/APAP 5/500 mg pills (he uses the neonjoint method) he usually gets about a 90% sucessful extraction. Of course SWIdr is very experienced, so the non-experienced extracters would probably get more like a 70% rate. Also the percentages were bases on comparisons to Oxycontin experiences and CWE expereinces. Hope this helps!

Oxycontin contains no acetaminophen, so there's no need for a cold water extraction (or any extraction for that matter). Just be careful with the dosage, especially if SWIY hasn't used many opiates. 80 mg is a LOT, and certainly enough to kill a first-timer. SWIM doesn't know SWIY's tolerance, but for the sake of safety, he advises no more than 10 mg for a first time experience...and that can be tricky to gauge with an 80 mg oxycontin.

lol thank you for the warning 7lakes, SWIM is by far not a newb when it comes to most easier to get opiates, and especially OC seeing its rampant in SWIMs area. SWIM knows his dosages since he doesnt partake much. SWIM has rarely done 1 80 in a day btw its usually 2-3 for 1. then breaks.

Thank you for letting me know CWE isnt needed. SWIM just thought it would be possible since contins still have binders in them dont they? SWIM thought it possible to get pure OC.

Well i SWIY is planning on snorting the oxycodone, it would be better for his nose to filter out the binders. But keep in mind that when SWIY performs a CWE, he loses anywhere from 60%-90%, so it might just not be worth it just to take out a little bit of binders... Now if SWIY is planning on taking the pill orally , he definatly wouldnt need to do a CWE and just cut the pill in 1/3s or whatever suits his tolerance. Also, ther is the wax/coating covering ther outside of the pill, and their are many ways to get that off (UTFSE).

oxycontin does still have binders, but theres no guarantee the CWE would filter out the binder. The binders could be just as soluble in water as oxycodone is.
