Pretty sure he's after a secure way to procure chemicals, with no legal ramifications. (I.e. A Walmart Shopping Card, Gift card, etc.)

This same topic came up in IRC about 2 hours ago, about a guy who used a prefunded shopping card from a canadian supermarket, and had chemicals delivered to his buddy, who is a chem student in toronto. Only he's more interested in blowing up random things than real chemistry, so the chemicals he would be ordering would be quite different than most here would want. Of course he may have been lying the whole time (I suspect so, as I've never met the man before in the IRC channel, and he comes in bragging about his explosives a few hours ago).

Anyway, I doubt you'll find an untraceable mail drop. Best bet would be researching false identification and a PMB at your local Post Office.

Zink, you have broken no rule, but please make sure that you know the rules. They matter a lot here.

Sources for creditcards, etc. can be discussed in the sources forums. There is a special forum for payment options there. This is restricted to gold members and up.

It would be a bit redundant to prohibit K-mart or Wallmart as sources, but if the question is where to get anonymous credit cards or virtual credit cards, those are questions which can be asked in the sources forums.
