exactraction of hydrocodone

Ok, I want to do the cold water extraction of hydrocodone(the methode of crushing the pills and letting them sit in cold water for awhile, then straining the chalk and tylonal out) but I have a few questions. First, how much water should I use? I want to use a small amount but I also want to be able to drink it without throwing up. Lastly, how long should I let the crushed up stuff sit in the water for?

Well if your extracting from roughly 20 pills I would use at least 50ml of water, however I you usewarm water to dissolve the pills and then let the water cool to the 10 degrees.


Standing time should be about 30-50min.

Another method, very simular, is to crush the pills good. Let them sit in water that is about 48 degrees (because aspirin and acetaminaphen <--mispelt? ) dont disolve as easily in cold water. Use aprox. 25ml for 10 pills (same as last post) After concoction sits for 10 mins, move to freezer and chill to 34 - 38 degrees, this will eliminate more of the unwanted additives, because Hydrocodone disolves easily, including cold water. Then strain the solution through a regular unbleached coffee filter. (note: wet the coffee filter with very cold water before straining) Repeat process to strain out more unwanted additives if you wish. If you'd like you can leave this filtered solution in a dark dry place and evaporation will produce a fine powder which will be mostly hydrocodone. Throw away coffee filter and "chalk" inside. I hate to bring up an old topic and what not..

But say I extract only 5-6 pills doing this method, after I filter it could I just drink the water?
