pyroglutamic acid
This is a cognitive enhancer which can boost acetylcholine in the brain. there are several publications indicating its effectiveness. Any SWIMs out there using it ? SWIM has discovered that it is very affordable.
Would it be a good adjunct to centrophenoxine and choline which SWIM already uses to boost acetylcholine, or if the three are too much together?
Doses are recommended at 1/2 - 1 gram 1-2 x daily.
