UK law on Peyote
Hello everyone.

I'm merely wondering about the current UK law regarding the peyote cacti? I'm not planning to extract any such mescaline from it (Which it would then be illegal, naturally), but rather just have it sat there in my window as my little baby.

Any information would be more than appreciated. Erowid does say that it's legal back in 2004, but I'm not entirely sure if the law has changed since then.

I've read the sticky thread above about cacti, and so I'm quietly confident. Just making sure.

Hallucinogenic cacti are NOT illegal in the UK, unless prepared for consumption as a hallucinogen. So NEVER mention you are going to eat it or do anything illigal with it. Just say its a "House warming" gift or for your garden, or just dont say anything at all. Hope this helps!
