Pretty much every actor, model, or rock star ever has been a smoker at some point in their life. Some of them actually try to keep it a secret, but there's really no point.

Super-models & the like do not care for health at all - nicotine is a well known & relatively effective diet aid. If they didn't smoke they'd have to put something else in their mouths...
