BELGIUM: New substances controlled include mCPP and khat (20/12/2006)
A new decree was passed in Belgium on 22 October 2006, placing under control the substances mCPP, oCPP and pCPP. This decree also controlled the plants or parts of plants of hallucinogenic mushrooms (including those of the stropharia, conocybe and psilocybin types), khat, Salvia Divinorum, and peyote cactus.
If someone can dig up the full text, this would be very nice, as the above text is confusing. AFAIK psilocybe mushrooms where already controlled in Belgium.
Expect more EU countries to follow.
