Swim was referring to the colour and not the powder.....swim has only encountered brown and white crystals.....never just white.

When SWIM gets hold of pure MD, he will take around 200mg in a bomb (wrapped in Rizla and swallowed), then keep having little dabs to ride the high as the night progresses. The come-up from this stuff can be quite intense though, so if you're going to be taking it at a rave or party, SWIM suggests taking it and getting comfortable before you go out.

Many people would find 200mg of MDMA to be an overdose. This is noted by anxiety replacing the clear, calm lucidity that is the hallmark of an MDMA excursion.

120mg to 140mg is considered an optimal amount for the average monkey. Followed by a re-dose of 1/3 of the original amount at the 1 & 1/2 hour mark if all is going swimmingly and desired.

SWIM should point out that the stuff he gets is bought from a middle man, so is quite likely to be cut - although it is still pretty powerful.

SWIM should just clear up that powder MD is known as pure MD in his neck of the woods, despite rarely being 100% pure.
