Question Professional instruments for working with chems?

What instruments do professionals who work with small amounts of chemicals use?

I would like something like a small spoon with a long handle on it to remove small amounts ( 2 – 3 mg.) of powder from small bags and or glass vials.

I like using good equipment, if I can afford it, for whatever hobby I pursue.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thanks.
