Would dexamethasone potentiate codeine?
As SWIM understands it, codeine is metabolized into morphine by the liver enzyme CYP2D6, and dexamethasone is an inducer of CYP2D6, so if a swimmer were to take dexamethasone with codeine, more morphine would be produced?
Would dexamethasone even be a strong enough inducer to have an affect?

In SWIM's experience potentiation should be done with much less codeine then normal. 50mgs should be good. Just in case first timers...

As diphenhydramine is a 2d6 inhibitor it should be taken after codeine, not with or before.

Codeine insnufflation is essentially pointless as it must undergo first pass metabolism before having an effect so I would assume it's much less effective than oral consumption.

It should have been stressed in the OP that IV codeine can kill. It can cause a massive histamine release. And once again, IV/SC/IM are pretty much pointless as first pass metabolism is required, so why bother?

So, i've read this forum long time, but this is my first post, so many my own language forums and many others english forums too, so cant be too active everywhere So is there any right answer, is GFJ good with Codeine? This is all i knew that Diazepam is best Benzo with Codeine. Over year when last used codeine, using over year Buprenorphine (I.V) and many other I.V drugs and try withdrawal with codeine and lots of bentzos, so i didnt now take GFJ, but 5x10mg Diapam <- (Tradename for Valium in Finland) and 240mg Codeine.
But if everyone wanna give me more info GFJ please help me. Not have to, but if some wonderful soul wants I'll go with these NOW->
