My experiance

I took dmt my first time about3 weeks ago. I was totally freaked for a while, off in another place for about 15 mins,and swore i'd never do it again.


Just the other night though, i was out smoking pot with a couple of mates, drove home and as soon as i pulled up i was back in "that" place - for over 2 hours i was tripping, and i hadn't touched dmt since. (15days). i somehow came to all these conclusions about the meaning of life. my heart was racing, and felt like i had died, and had to figure out how to walk into the light. Igot up a few times, walking around to make sure i was still here. then I had a shower and felt like the water was splashing off me as little bricks.


I got home at about 12:30, and looked at the clock the last time at almost 3am, eventually falling asleep. i woke up, knowing that there was so much going on in side my headthe night before, but couldn't really remember any of it. Has anyone ever had this happen?

Had what happen? That duration? I've never been 'out' on DMT for more than 20mins & I've combined it with a great deal of other drugs (pointless combining IMO as DMT just dominates with no apparent interaction). I've felt the effects of DMT for up to about 2 hours before but I always feel somewhat 'reconnected' after DMT which makes me feel different for a few weeks (a pleasant/spiritualkind of different).


I also am always frustrated by how little I can remember of the experience. Unsure of whether this is due to state specific memory or because the experience doesn't fit in with my day to day frame of reality.

Could it be harmful or have different effects on a 15 year old? or any in that range?

It should not have any different effects (or be any more harmful) at all, however I would still strongly recommend against it. Whether or not you think drugs are a good thing its still reckless & irresponsible to give them to children.


Also has the potential to backfire, ie. kid has a very traumatic experience, freaks out and tells parents who in turn freak out and call police.

right on, however I would be more worried about a 15 y/o mindset with something that intense. I do know that some 15 y/o are ready for the spiritual and mindchanging effects physhodelics can have, however I know that most are not and could severely be messed up from it.


I'm glad I didn't fry when I was 15.

Wow, i think ill wait a few years then, or untill i can get a hold of some, and dont worry, ive dont plenty of things where i had to prepare myself so i know how to do that and i would have sitters, and parents= no mom, and dad will be out because i wont do it while hes home.

done it a few times, only time it really hit me was the first time when I smoked a bowl full shortly into a 3-hit acid trip. I *almost* broke through and had the sensation of being asked all the way up if that was what I wanted. It was pretty bizarre. Since then each time I have smoked it I've just blacked out and fallen asleep. can't say it's my fave drug, though I do want to give it a try orally, with a good dose of maoi's to potentiate it.
