Security Forces Impound 124.2 Kg Of Heroin
EDIRNE - Security forces impounded 124.2 kg of heroin at the Kapikule border crossing in the northwestern city of Edirne on Saturday.
Acting on a tip-off, security forces stopped and searched a lorry which was on its way from Turkey to European countries. They found 124.2 kg of heroin stashed in 242 packages with the help of a sniffer dog. Driver of the vehicle was detained.
