Can Canadian Customs..

Can they open a shipment (benzedrex inhalers (lot of 2)) and confiscate the materials without notifying swim at all.. They are sched 5 in Canada...

if a shipment is confiscated or significantly delayed at customs swim SHOULD be notified, but customs and other gov't agencies are notoriously inefficient and there is a good chance swiy won't be.
of course there is a much higher chance that the shipment was lost and not confiscated.

Woot. Swims package of inhalers came today. It has obviously been tampered with as the box had been clearly manhandled and re-taped. Both inhalers came in each their own seperate box, and 1 inhaler box was torn open, but no safety seal was broken on the inhaler. while the other box was in tact fully. Go figure.. friggin customs

NO, they can't.

Some times, Customs will "sit" on a package for 30 days or more.
Just wait. If you don't get your package, OR a letter, it's still up-in-the-air.
